4. Subscription Services
4.1 Subscription Cancellation

- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period
4.2 Subscription Refunds

- Unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested within 60 days of purchase
- A minimum of one session must have been completed
- Package discounts will be recalculated based on single-session pricing
- Refunds will reflect the difference between what you paid and the single-session price for completed sessions
6. Workshop and Event Registrations
6.1 Event Cancellation by Attendee
If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop or event:
- More than 30 days before: Full refund minus processing fees
- 15-30 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event:

- You may choose between a full refund or credit toward a future event
- We are not responsible for any incidental costs (travel, accommodation) you may have incurred
